As soon as your order is dispatched from SZOLC, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

We work around the clock so you could receive the email in the day or the night.

From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. If your order is trackable you can check it's progress by logging into your account HERE.

 

RETURNS

You have a 21 day right to return period on all orders. 

Should the product not meet your requirements then you can use your right to return or exchange – this means simply send the product back in unused condition within 21 days of receipt. Please use the returns form provided.
 

Returning costs:

Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. We recommend you, to inform yourself about the delivery costs at the post office and different delivery services first. So you can find the best and cheapest delivery service for your return (often the post has the best offers). 

In case you have to return your order because we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery, or the product is faulty - then we will refund the return costs when they are not higher then 10€ (please inform yourself at the post office). Just send us a copy or a scan of the invoice. If the return costs would be more then 10€, please contact our Customer Service at szolc@szolc.com

Returning process:
• Fill in the return form and add it to your package 

• Inform yourself about the delivery costs at the post office, at UPS or DHL
• Take the cheapest way to send the package back and get sure that the postage is paid
• Send the package back

Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. The delivery costs will be refunded to you should we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery, or the product is faulty.
